    A: Yes! While we accept walk-ins, booking in advance ensures availability, especially during peak season.

    A: Yes, cancellations or reschedules are allowed up to 24 hours before your booking. Contact us for assistance.

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    A: We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and online payments.

  • Q: Is there an age or weight limit for activities?
    A: Yes, minimum ages vary by activity. For example:

    • Jet Skiing: 16+ years to drive, 6+ years as a passenger.

    • Parasailing: 5+ years with an adult.
      Weight limits depend on equipment and conditions.

     

    Q: Do I need to know how to swim?
    A: No, but basic swimming ability is recommended. Life jackets are provided for all water activities.

    Q: What safety measures do you follow?
    A: We follow strict safety protocols and provide all necessary gear, including life vests and professional instructions.

  • Q: What should I bring for my adventure?
    A: We recommend:

    • Swimwear

    • Sunscreen (reef-safe preferred)

    • Sunglasses & hat

    • Waterproof phone case

    • A towel & dry clothes for after

    A: No, we provide all necessary equipment for each activity.

    A: If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or offer a full refund.

Art and his crew r great people. They try very hard to make sure your stay in Aruba is fun safe and relaxing. Got to spend 2 weeks with them and there was not one day that was not a good time. Looking forward to seeing them again next year
